Founded in 2015, our team set out to create a secure and user-friendly platform for content hosting and sharing in the workplace. The goal: to empower clients to communicate with their teams in a way that sticks. So we started thinking, what does the modern-day memo look like? How can a standard PDF or presentation come alive? How can information not just be sent, filed and forgotten, but shared, enjoyed and retained?

A do-it-yourself kind of guy with a passion for consumer and enterprise technology. No new cool piece of tech goes unnoticed (or un-purchased for that matter) by this guy. With 17 years of experience in web applications and IT, Daniel has brought strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and an incredible level of patience to the teams around him. In 2015, he co-founded Soaq and took an oath to change the way organizations share information and engage with their employees.
He also really loves skiing and unique, artisanal beer.
When he’s not building his own kitchen table or crafting his world-famous (sort of) pizza, Carlo is adding to his 10+ years’ experience as a trainer and instructional design guru, helping our customers improve their capacity to sell, market, and enhance the engagement of their employees. Carlo is passionate about implementing management and self-management practices in organizations, and works closely with our clients and partners to help them leverage Soaq’s professional services.
He also loves soccer and a good glass of vino.
A problem solver and strategic thinker, Sabrina’s professional background includes sales, advertising, marketing and operational efficiencies in the fashion, pharmaceutical and finance industries. Sabrina joined Soaq with one idea in mind - change the way people engage in the workplace. Sabrina is focused on launching the brand, growing and managing key accounts and maintaining a FlexCert FlexCert

A real man’s man, Ryan was recruited by Carlo from a local home hardware store. Ryan helped Carlo get out of paying a late fee for the return of a delivery truck and in exchange, was offered a job. His optimism and hard work helped build Soaq from the ground up. Ryan’s passion for video production morphed into managing Soaq Studio’s professional services - concepting, writing and producing video content for our clients.
He also loves his beer and bacon.
